The insurance options are offered through Wellmark which means that 100% of hospitals and 99% of doctors are in network. That means you can see doctors at Avera or Sandford and or even get a referral to the Mayo Clinic without your Sandford or Avera plan keeping you from the best care possible.
Several of our staff use a health sharing ministry where members pay each-others medical expenses directly. This method can cut health care costs by as much as 50% and gives you more control over your health care spending.
-100% paid premiums for a high deductible health insurance plan coupled with a health savings account (HSA). This plan rewards you for taking care of yourself but is there when you need in case of injury or sickness.
-100% paid premiums for a regular plan with low office co-pays.
-A cash benefit when you use an alternative such as a health sharing ministry instead of the traditional health insurance plan.
Long Term Disability
From Day one you receive Long Term Disability coverage. If you are disabled for more than 90 days you will receive up to 60% of your salary each month.
