How does the Resident pay rent? Residents can pay rent in several different ways. The preferred method because of security, ease, and accuracy is for the Resident to use their online portal. They can make a direct electronic payment using their savings or checking account. They also have the option to use a credit card to pay rent. We accept personal checks if the checks are not returned for non-sufficient funds. If a Resident’s personal check is returned for non-sufficient funds, we will no longer accept a check from them. All future payments will have to be made via money order, bank check, or other certified funds. We will never accept cash.
