It’s spring! And that means it’s time to proactively inspect and maintain your rental property to keep your investment functioning efficiently and safely while protecting its value. We recommend 3 optional services at this time of the year to help keep your property well-maintained.

Spring heating, ventilation, and air conditioning maintenance is an essential part of preserving the life of your heating and cooling system.  Maintenance upkeep on these systems will also help you avoid expensive repairs due to neglect, while keeping your tenants comfortable. As warmer weather approaches it’s time to make sure the air conditioning unit is in good working order, clean or replace air conditioning and ventilation system filters, remove buildup on fans and forced airways, check basement humidity, check and clean dehumidifiers and humidifiers, and set dampers as needed.
  2. It’s also time for spring property inspection where we schedule a complete assessment of your property inside and out to verify lease compliance and report any needed repairs so they can be addressed proactively.
  3. Finally, order spring landscape maintenance to preserve your property’s long-term value. This may include lawn aeration, over-seeding, fertilization, and pruning of shrubs and trees. It is also an opportunity to remove any plants or roots that impact the siding or foundation.
