Integrator & Director of Sales
My role at Real Property Management is Integrator. I was brought on board to put the executive vision into practice. From rekindling old initiatives to mobilizing new ideas, I am responsible for making things happen and establishing repeatable practices. I work closely with Real Property Management leadership to realize their vision for clients, tenants, and the RPM team.
It’s hard to call it a grind, because part of what I love in life is designing a project and making it happen. I used to run a handyman “fix-it” business where my favorite jobs were custom-designed and build-to-fit projects. So it’s not unusual to find me thinking about ways of improving efficiency, repeatability, and elegance whether I’m at my desk or at home.
I’m originally from California, but I have lived all over the United States – Connecticut, New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, and now Sioux Falls. I’ve had the privilege of experiencing both coasts, and I must admit that I’m a fan of the polite midwestern culture and quality customer service. We have moved eight times in the last four years, and we finally feel at home.
I spent five years earning a double-major bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and went on to earn my Master’s degree from Yale.
Outside of work, I love to spend time with my wife and our little dog, Lilla. I am an avid reader – both of hard copy books and audiobooks, and I listen to a lot of podcasts. I am also a self-taught photographer, a weightlifting enthusiast, an amateur beer brewer, and a cook. Oh: my wife and I also worked as professional actors for a while, too.
