How is the condition of the property documented before the Resident moves in? Once all the move in cleaning and maintenance is completed, we go through the property and document the condition. Depending upon your service package you purchased, we take pictures and makes notes on the condition which we turn into a move in report. For high end service packages we also make a video of the property. Video is a great way to capture the entire property. Pictures and notes invariably miss things that a year later after the resident moves out we wish we had documented. Our videographers have special equipment and go through special training on how to capture the entire property on video, how to make the video smooth, and how to make the video usable years later. A poorly produced video is next to worthless.
