RPM is the best property management we’ve ever had, no joke. They are incredibly responsive, timely, and professional. During storms or emergencies, they reach out to their properties, rather than the other way around, and make sure everything is okay. They answer when you call. They answer when you email. They actually care about the people living in their residences, rather than just the property. Also the maintenance crew is amazing too. I put in a request in my yard, and the next day found they had taken care of my request and went above and beyond and fixed a few other things in the yard as well. They even were thoughtful enough to set my flowers out of the way of their work! A caring, efficient, professional group all around. Would 100% recommend.

Lived in a property managed by RPM Express for 2 years and everything was great until it came time to move out. We had decided to buy a home while still in our lease and from that point everything went downhill. Communication was absolutely atrocious, everyone was always in meetings or out of the office when we would call. We decided to market the apartment ourselves to try and save money and we succeeded in doing so by finding a new tenant to move in. Then RPM dropped the ball by not sending out the new lease in time, they tried sending it 20 minutes before the new tenant was supposed to move in giving them no time to read over it. They had a week to get this sent to the new tenant and every day that we called to see what was going on they always told us it was being sent that day, and this was the same message we received day after day. After meeting in person with them I was told more than once that they were sorry and they even admitted it was there fault for not getting the lease sent in time. Then after they told me how much they understand that it would be tough to pay a mortgage and rent they still wouldn't work with me on any sort of deal. This in turn caused us to pay for another month and half of rent as well as a marketing fee for them to post and show the apartment. They were in no hurry to get the apartment leased to anyone else as long as someone was still paying the rent they didn't care. They never communicated with us throughout the whole process instead it was us reaching out to them to see what was going on, and seeing if they had found anyone to move in or if they were even showing it.

Wife and I had a terrible experience with these people. Found a place we were interested in and contacted them. Began to work through the application process and they were not helpful. If you are a student in the area 100% do NOT recommend trying to work with this company as they are not understanding of a student’s finical situation (as in students operate with loans for income and not always pay stubs from last month) even if you have enough money to cover the 2.5x greater than the rent. We also provided W2s, which covered the 2.5x the rent but they don’t take W2s, so if you happen to not have a recent paystub (maybe because of a pandemic) you’re SOL. Even if you could cover the entire cost of the lease in a single payment, they will require paystubs or a co-signer. Not everyone has these luxuries. We happen to have a co-signer and continued to fill out the application. We were then abruptly told that the place had been filled and no need to continue the application. The place is still listed as available today on the website and we were told it was still available when we called to check last week. Overall, between their inflexibility and incompetence, it was a terrible experience. Would NOT recommend to renters or property owners. We have had a lot luck with Alpine realty and would recommend checking them out.

I live in a duplex and the other tenants dog constantly barks. I’ve called several times to address this issue, but they don’t do anything. I’ve called Animal Control, and they’ve been more helpful than Real Property Management has been on the issue. It’s their job to make us feel comfortable in our homes and they do nothing. Do not rent from Real Property Management.

Do n’t believe this company. The deposit will not be refunded after the contract expires. There was a nail hole in the wall caused by the last resident, this company fined me more than $600，I asked the cleaning company to do sanitation. The company said I did not do hygiene This company charged me more than $ 400，There are a lot of other charges totaling more than $ 800，The deposit of $ 1600 is no refund and there is an additional charge of more than $ 1800, I lost more than $ 3400 in this company，This is a robber company, a junk company, be careful of your money, don't be fooled by this company

RJ was very helpful in finding a place to rent. He answered our questions and listened to our needs. Even though we didn't finish with his team he happily passed us to the team that manages the property that fits our needs

I called Real Property Management today and had the pleasure of speaking with Trew. I had called to ask some questions about scheduling viewings for multiple properties my husband and I were interested in. Trew ended up scheduling all of my appointments and explained to me why I wasn't able to view certain properties and when they would be available as well as explaining which properties would be lockbox/self guided and which would be tours in person. He was patient, kind, and thorough and such a great help during a stressful situation of moving to a new state. Thank you very much Trew and Real Property Management!
