Improve Your Credit Score With On-time Rent Payments
Rent one of our quality single family homes, townhomes, or apartments. Each month you pay your rent on time, we report your payments to the Credit Bureau which will help demonstrate your financial responsibility. Most other Property Management companies don’t report your rent payment to the Credit Bureau so you don’t get credit for being a responsible tenant. If you pay your rent on time each month, credit bureaus estimate that you will make your mortgage payments also.
Save for a Down Payment
Sometimes people struggle to save for a down payment. Most of us have a hard time paying ourselves first and putting money aside for our goals. We make saving for a down payment easy. Based upon your goals for when you want to buy your home, you can set your rent payment to be higher than your actual rent. For example, if your rent was $900/mo. and you needed a $5,000 down payment, increasing your rent payment to $1,100 per month would mean that in 2 years you would have your $5,000 down payment sitting in escrow ready to purchase your home. There is no obligation to make extra payments and if your budget runs tight for a month, you could skip the extra $200 payment. If things got really bad, you could even use the extra payments to pay your rent thereby continuing to build your credit with on time rent payments.

Get Out of Your Lease Early and Easily
Let’s face it, life doesn’t run on time — especially in Real Estate. You might qualify for your loan and then find your dream home, but if you’re stuck in your lease you could miss your opportunity!
We help take the pain out of closing on your new home and the end of your lease. When you use one of our Realtor partners, we will provide you a $500 rebate when you close. When you’ve put in a purchase offer on a house, we will start working to find a new tenant to take over your lease once you move out. Once we find your replacement, you are off the hook for rent for the remainder of your lease. If you keep your rental clean and presentable, we can often find someone to move in to your rental right after you move out.
