The insurance options are offered through Wellmark which means that 100% of hospitals and 99% of doctors are in-network. That means you can see doctors at Avera or Sandford and or even get a referral to the Mayo Clinic without your Sandford or Avera plan keeping you from receiving the best care possible.

Once you’re up to speed, you will co-design your KPIs with your supervisor and decide how you can be measured to generate the most value for yourself and for the company. Then you will stay in close contact with your supervisor and get a sense of how you are doing every week. You will be responsible for reporting your progress toward the goals that you set. Timely feedback will help you learn, improve, and meet your goals quicker than you ever thought possible.
