Can I use the Resident Portal to set up automatic rent payments and request maintenance?

Below is a screen shot of the Resident Portal. You have already used the portal to sign your lease and pay the security deposit. You can also use your portal to do the following:

• View charges that are due.
• Make a one time rent payment using your checking account or credit card.
• Set up automatic monthly rent payments.
• View a history of rent payments.
• Request maintenance.
• View your lease.

If you live with roommates, each roommate can have their own portal, set up their own checking account, and make separate rent payments.
