Routine maintenance often comes from Residents requesting service or from our staff noting repairs while conducting the Property Wellness Checks. Repair requests are documented in our management software and our maintenance manager will follow up with you via email or phone. For small repair items under $300, the maintenance manager will often simply email you the work that needs to be done and then schedule a maintenance technician to make the repair.

Our maintenance manager generally calls the owner for repairs estimated to be over $300 with a recommendation and a price estimate. The owner and maintenance manager work together to approve a plan of action to address the repair. Then the maintenance manager will hire and schedule the work to be done.
