Real Property Management Express is excited to announce the growth of our company as we recently acquired Nagel Property Management. This acquisition brings with it exciting changes happening currently, and things that will happen in the future. To help the transition go smoothly, we have hired new staff and expanded our office and are now ready to manage the newly acquired rental properties.

Nagel has worked with us to make this transition as seamless as possible. They have passed on detailed notes regarding each property and any special circumstances that apply. Since they utilized the same property management software that we do, owner statements will remain the same, tenant payments and maintenance requests will still be made online, and listings will be completed the same way.
